About Me
Hi, my name is Trish and welcome to my website.

One of my favorite quotes is by Michael Singer "To be who you are, you need to be willing to let go of who you think you are".
I've been a seeker all my life. Since the age of 14, I started drinking alcohol and taking party drugs, trying to find the answers to why I felt the way that I felt, staring down the bottom of a bottle wondering why I still wasn't "fixed". I've travelled and lived in many cities, I've been and done many things and lived many lives, all to try and find this external something that would make me feel whole, that would make me feel content, that would make sense.

I got sober in 2018 and I finally realised that what I have been seeking all this time, was myself. The answers were and are not out in the world, they are within me.

I found Yoga in 2011 and it's been the only constant in my life and this practice has been an integral part of my sobriety journey, and in the journey of life itself.

I completed my first 200-hour Teacher Training in 2017 and since then, it's been non-stop practice, learning and experiencing. I have certifications in Hatha, Yin and am currently studying Katonah Yoga. I have also completed a 10-day silent meditation retreat, Vipassana, as well as many other workshops and courses to expand my knowledge of the subtle body.

What I offer in class is an opportunity for you to connect and become intimate with yourself. I am simply a guide and I offer a safe, down to earth environment for you to express and connect with the deepest parts of yourself.

I teach at Yoga Studios and Gyms, and I teach Private Yoga classes.
I live on the Gold Coast, Australia.
